With Heritage Security you always know that you are actually receiving all of the services you purchased at the level of quality that you expect. Our guards carry smartphones with Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) registration. Through pre-defined security tours we can determine if our guards are accomplishing their responsibilities (checkpoints) as planned.


When our guards clock-in and clock-out with their smartphones, we can verify they are doing so from the proper location. We also use Interactive Voice Response to confirm guard’s identity and regularly deploy ‘geo-fences’ that allow us to guarantee that your security guard is on your property when they should be. If for some reason our guards are not where they’re supposed to be, when they’re supposed to be there, doing what they’re supposed to be doing, we send them an alert through CyCop®. Most alerts are self-resolved by our guards. When they are not, we can instantly escalate the alert to a supervisor, our 24/7 Command Center and/or directly to our client by text or email.


Further, our guards are trained and tested on the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) developed together with our clients; testing results are retained and are available for client review. If a guard is absent for any reason, we replace them with another who is trained for the site SOPs.


We retain all guard performance information in CyCop®. Our clients can access it through a password-protected web portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure our guards are performing as expected.
