Daily Activity Report Summaries

Daily Activity Report Summaries are a quick way to view all Daily Activity Reports (DARs) submitted by Heritage Security guards. DARs can be presented as a summary list - with the ability to view the details of each DAR - or as a list of activities contained in the DARs.

Here's how to view Daily Activity Report Summaries right from the CyCop^® Dashboard:

• Login to the Dashboard

• Click the Routine Reporting button

• Click on Daily Activity Reports
  

• A Daily Activity Report Summary is displayed, showing all DARs submitted in the last 24 hours. To view details of any DAR, click the blue link under the Start Time column.
  
  NOTE: The summary's default time frame is the last 24 hours. To view DARs submitted at other times, choose a different time frame from the Period menu

• To switch from Report Summary view to Activities view, select the Activities radio button and click Find:

• An Activities Summary is displayed:
