Budget Consumption Reports

The Budget Consumption Report is a powerful new CyCop^® feature that can help you track where your security budget is being spent.

Estimated budgets may vary each month due to reasons such as Holiday and/or special request coverage, or overtime. But with the Budget Consumption Report, information about forecasted and actual budget expenditures is always available.

Here's how to view your Budget Consumption Report:

Login to the CyCop® website at http://www.richmantech.com/cycop
Type budget in the search box and press enter
Click the Budget Consumption link:
The Budget Consumption Report is shown:
The budget forecast is displayed along with actual expenditures in a simple table. Any variance from each forecasted monthly budget is listed, along with yearly expenditure and budget variance totals. Budget information is based on the latest budget forecast. You may add Latest Forecast information by contacting Heritage Security at (619) 275-7000 extension 107 any time during the year.
