Need to know how Heritage Security Services is performing at your site? Did you know you can get a Site Performance report from the CyCop Dashboard? Metrics such as guard punctuality and turnover, round completion statistics, and overtime are all reported on an easy-to-use screen that you can access any time. Follow the instructions below to view your Site Performance Metrics report.
- Click the Routine Reporting button on the CyCop® Dashboard
- Click on Site Performance Metrics
- The Site Performance Metrics report for your site is displayed.
Site Performance Metrics are shown for the previous day, month, and 12-moth period. (NOTE: select a site from the Site menu if you manage multiple sites)

 Heritage Security is upgrading to sophisticated QR Code sensors for barcode tracking. QR Codes work like traditional barcodes, but can be read without expensive scanning equipment. The CyCop® Mobile handheld device visually processes each QR Code and sends only the encoded data back to the CyCop servers. Less data transmission means faster operation, longer battery life, and reduced network utilization.
Heritage Security recently deployed QR Code barcode scanning technology to improve Tour Monitoring at The Electra in downtown San Diego. QR Codes replace older barcodes and scanners. The new codes contain more information, can be scanned more rapidly, and use more sophisiticated and reliable scanner equipment. This allows Heritage guards at The Electra to perform their duties more efficiently, more safely, and with more oversight by CyCop®.
The QR Code upgrade was accomplised at no additional cost to the client - just one of the ways Heritage Security works to improve the value of its services.
