Did you know you can use the CyCop Dashboard to check the training status of Heritage Security guards employed at your site? Here's how.
- First, log in to the Dashboard
- Click the Routine Reporting button
- Click Training Status
- A webpage displays a list of all Heritage Security guards employed at your site. Guards who have successfully completed the SOP course for the site are marked with a green check-mark. Those who have not yet completed the training are highlighted in red.
The CyCop Dashboard provides quick links to the Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) manuals that Heritage guards are trained to follow.
Follow these steps to view SOP training materials for your site:
- First, log in to the Dashboard
- Click the SOP & Client Feedback button
- Select Site Standard Operating Procedures
- A webpage displays the SOP for your site:
 Are your SOPs correct? Take a minute to open the CyCop Dashboard and review the SOP for your site(s).
To request changes or additions to an SOP, contact the Heritage CyCop Helpdesk or your Heritage sales representative.
