Tourwatch

Already implemented at some of our facilities, the CyCop^® Tourwatch system relies on both GPS and Barcode checkpoints set up throughout a property to track Security Officers in real-time. During the course of their shift, Officers are first reminded to conduct their duties via a message to the site cell phone. Then the CyCop^® Server follows up to ensure that they do this.

In the event that a checkpoint is missed, the Officer is reminded that they’ve missed a critical area giving them the opportunity to remedy the problem. In the event that the problem isn’t corrected, alerts are then escalated to the next supervisory level up to and including Heritage Management for follow up.

In addition, inactivity can be detected and the CyCop^® system can wake up the officer in the event he doesn’t move from a selected position for a period of time when he’s required to be on the move.

Some excellent examples of utilizing this feature include complete rounds of the facility, ensuring facilities are opened or closed on time, and ensuring checks are being conducted of critical areas like pump rooms.
