Heritage Security Services began operation as a licensed security service in San Diego on August 1, 1980, and was incorporated on March 27, 1981. The company is wholly owned and operated by Lawrence Richman, President and founder.
Our Standards:
Our Security Guards are recruited on the basis of customer relation skills, appearance, experience and background. All security guard candidates undergo extensive background checks including past employers, military records, criminal records and interviews with references. Each candidate is screened for attitudes toward drug use, theft and dishonesty. Preferred recruiting sources include security training schools, military service, personal referrals and law enforcement agencies.
